This week, I spoke with Atlassian's work Futurist and head of R&D, Dom Price. Atlassian is a leading provider of collaboration, development, and issue tracking software for teams. Dom touches on his journey of becoming Atlassian's Work Futurist, and the 'created' job title that didn't exist before its inception. We then go into the growth of Atlassian and more specifically what the Company looked like at 400 employees and how they scaled to just over 4000 employees in 2019.
Knowledge obesity has become an epidemic - with the rapid growth of learning, Dom shares his advice on how to curb information overload, and succeed at the learning and applying game. Atlassian is all about collaboration in teams and Dom gives his take on remote workers more specifically some tips and tricks to get the most out of your current work environment.
